The warehouse extends to over 20,000 sq ft, and sits on a generous plot with great car parking and has been occupied by Philips Office Supplies, Branding, and Web Specialists for many years. The site was listed in Summer 2025 and sold quickly at a seven figure sum completing in January 2026.
