Whiteacres are delighted to secure a buyer for the former Waterloo Hotel on Trafalgar Street in Burnley. The stunning property extends to over 5,000 sq ft and was comprehensively refurbished as part of The Weavers Triangle redevelopment. The purchasers are planning to occupy part of the site and plan to rent out any surplus space. Whiteacres were appointed by the administrators and sold the property quickly with the deal completing in April 2024. We wish the new buyers all the best with the new site and look forward to working with them to secure some tenants for the surplus office space.
