Substantial former labour exchange sold on behalf of a local solicitors practice. The property was converted to offices extending to over 8,000 sq ft together with a large car park at the rear of the site. The site was marketed by Whiteacres and sold quickly to a company based in Yorkshire that are planning to occupy the space and rent out the surplus accommodation. The sale completed in October 2023 and Whiteacres wish the new occupiers all the best with this landmark building.
