Whiteacres are pleased to announce the sale of a substantial listed building extending to over 35,000 in the borough of Pendle. The property was occupied by Simpsons of Greenfield Mill for many years who specialised in hand made fitted kitchens and bedrooms. The property was bought in July 2023 by an investor who is planning to refurbish the property and secure tenants on a long term basis.
