Whiteacres are pleased to confirm the sale of a substantial industrial complex in Pendle extending to over 35,000. The site was owned by the Bronte Carpets family who have been manufacturing onsite for many years. The buildings were sold to an investor following a comprehensive marketing campaign which concluded in March 2023. The site was on the market seeking offers in the region of £1.5 million and Whiteacres received a number of offers for the two acre plot.
