Whiteacres are delighted to confirm the letting of a substantial building on Lomeshaye Industrial Estate to Millercare Ltd. Millercare are an established mobility company having traded for 70 years employing 78 staff across 15 sites in the north West of England. The premises was originally occupied by Science In Sport and Whiteacres were contacted by Millercare who were looking to relocate their head office to a more modern facility in the North west. Whiteacres identified the site in the Summer and the lease was completed in December 2022. The property comprises of a detached warehouse occupying a prime corner plot with good onsite car parking and a nice mix of warehouse and high quality office space. Whiteacres wish Millercare all the very best with their new headquarters and look forward to working with them in 2023 with the growth of their retail business.
