Whiteacres have concluded a letting of a detached office and car park to a PLC tenant who are relocating to larger premises. The property is close to junctions 9 and 10 of the M65 motorway and was previously occupied by Alert Fire & Security. The new occupiers have signed a five year lease and took occupation of the premises in October 2022 showing the strength of the office market in the northwest.
