Whiteacres are pleased to confirm the sale of a substantial warehouse investment positioned on Lomeshaye Industrial Estate at junction 12 of the M65 motorway. The five acre site which is occupied by ELE Advanced Technologies was sold by Whiteacres in July 2022. The current building extends to just under 50,000 sq ft however the current occupiers are planning to extend the site in the near future to create additional accommodation. This deal represents one of the biggest factory sales in the North West and shows an unabated demand for both investment property and industrial sites throughout the UK.
