Whiteacres are pleased to announce completion of their first property acquisition in Wales. The property comprises of a stone built three storey town centre retail investment trading under the Spar brand with a lease in place until 2029. The opportunity was identified by Whiteacres in late 2020 and we acted quickly to negotiate terms and instruct solicitors. The sale completed in February 2021 and we are hopeful that this will prove to be a good long term investment for the new owners.
