Whiteacres are delighted to confirm the letting of a 10,000 sq ft former Argos on behalf of a Tandem Investments. The property was professionally separated and let by Whiteacres and their joint agents Cheetham & Mortimer to four national companies. Whiteacres also let part of the car park to an EV Charging business, and the centre will be completed and ready for occupation in Summer 2025.
