Whiteacres are pleased to report the acquisition of a business park comprising of nine self contained industrial units purchased on behalf of an established property company. The industrial units are located in Hyndburn with good access to the M65 motorway and a plot of land for further redevelopment. The business park was originally built by Barnfield Construction and was acquired by Whiteacres's clients towards the end of 2020.
