Whiteacres are pleased to confirm the letting of a 67,000 sqft warehouse and distribution facility located close to both junctions 9 & 10 of the M65 motorway on the west side of Burnley. The building was originally built for a furniture wholesaler with five loading doors, three storey offices and 45 car parking spaces. The property was let by Whiteacres and their joint agents Nolan Redshaw in October 2020 based a brand new five year lease to national warehouse and distribution business. This deal represents one of the biggest warehouse lettings in the North of England and shows the industrial property demand is not abating despite the current economic situation.
