A substantial town centre building society has been acquired by Whiteacres on behalf of a Derbyshire based investor. The property is LET to the Skipton Building Society by way of a five year lease and the opportunity was identified by Whiteacres with the sale completing in August 2020. The property occupies a prime corner position in Burnley Town Centre and will hopefully prove to be a good long term investment for the new owners.
