Whiteacres are pleased to announce the letting of a substantial building extending to over 3,000 sq ft in a prime corner position in the popular market town of Clitheroe. The property was occupied by Barclays Bank for many years and will open in Spring/Summer as a wine bar who already operate an established business in Lancashire. We wish the new tenants all the best with their new venture and it has been a pleasure working with all parties in order to get this deal over the line.
