Whiteacres are pleased to confirm the sale of the Former Boundary Mill Warehouse on Regent Street in Colne. The property extends to almost 60,000 sq ft and sits on a 10 acre plot with 200 car parking spaces and was sold to an owner occupier in December 2023. The freehold deal represents one of the biggest industrial transactions in the Northwest and Whiteacres are delighted to have concluded this sale on behalf of Boundary Mill.
