A mixed use town centre investment has been sold by Whiteacres in July 2022 at a figure in excess of £500,000. The building comprises of three shops, four flats and a gym and was generating in excess of £52,000 per annum. The building was redeveloped by Ian Walker Property Group and was sold to a Midlands based investor who plans to keep the property as a long term investment.
