Whiteacres are pleased to announce one of their biggest sales of 2021. The warehouse and offices formerly occupied by ACDC lighting was sold on behalf of a long established property company in February 2021. The building extends to 27,440 sq ft and sits on a 1.5 acre plot in a prime location close to Barrowford Village at junction 13 of the M65 Motorway. The site was sold by Whiteacres in an off the market deal for a seven figure sum and the new buyers have some exciting plans for the future of the building.
